This study investigates the key factors influencing job satisfaction at PT Nikomas Gemilang, focusing on salary fairness, job responsibilities, career advancement opportunities, relationships with colleagues, and support from supervisors. The research aims to understand how these factors contribute to overall employee satisfaction and offer insights for organizational improvements. Using qualitative methods, data was collected through interviews with three employees from different departments within the company. The findings reveal that while most employees are satisfied with their salary and job roles, there is a need for increased transparency in promotion processes and adjustments to salaries in line with rising living costs. Additionally, strong interpersonal relationships and managerial support were identified as critical to maintaining a positive work environment. Theoretical implications support existing literature on the importance of salary equity and career development in job satisfaction, while practical implications suggest that the organization should enhance transparency and salary strategies to improve employee motivation and retention.
